Seems the real breaking change is the misspelled variable name "baserdir" vs
"basedir". When I correct the variable, maven generates the css href as the
full path
"/Users/ndimiduk/repos/hbase/src/main/site/resources/css/freebsd_docbook.css".
I don't think that's what we want, so I'll stick with the patch attached here.
