bq. For 0.98, does it pose a problem that the HConnection versions of the
TokenUtil methods will change to use Connection in 1.0?
0.98 doesn't have Connection. This is the same as any other use of HConnection
in 0.98 or earlier.
bq. the @deprecated javadoc comments in TokenUtil and User should use
HConnection in the method links instead of Connection. Otherwise, +1.
