The config chapter had a link to the FAQ for "too many open files" and then
Wiki was linking right back to it.
I changed the config chapter to refer to the troubleshooting chapter instead,
and I also added a stack trace to the "too many open files" entry.
I also reviewed the old version of the Wiki to make sure I wasn't missing
anything important on this, and I added a paragraph on file-usage estimation
that was in the wiki to the config chapter.
