Noticed this today in a few places. As an example, on [this page of the
multi-page book|http://hbase.apache.org/book/regions.arch.html], all the links
are broken (because their {{href}} attribute is rendered as empty). Meanwhile,
the links are present and functional [in the single-page
book|http://hbase.apache.org/book.html#regions.arch].
Do you happen to know why this is happening, [~misty]? I'd be happy to help you
investigate, but I imagine you already know what's going on at a glance.
