Why not address Sean's comment in HBASE-12607 rather than open a new issue? Are
you going to work on this [~tedyu]? This is a "It would be nice..." in how a
test works. Seems very low priority and unless you are going to work on it
now, just close (See @apurtell suggestion we do issue cleanup).
