That TestHCM test keeps coming back and is really shaking out anything that
could go wrong... I never get these fails locally but they point to some nasty
bugs.
For some context: the TestHCM test that fails send out 50.000+ RPC calls which
are canceled 5000 times on another thread. So they shake out any concurrency
issues in the RpcClient.
I have added a condition to check the found issue so the current surfacing
problem should not happen again. Lets see if TestHCM finds some new problems or
succeeds again next time.
