TestHBaseFsck.java:2459 -> admin.createTable(desc);
TestMasterObserver.java:1605 -> UTIL.deleteTable(TEST_TABLE);
I tried tests that use TestHBaseFsck before uploading the patch and they don't
hang. Perhaps jenkins acting just odd, same tests in TestMasterObserver has
hanged before, see: HBASE-12684
