I thought we used to copy the docbkx src to target dir first, then ran the
dockbkx transform, but perhaps my memory does not serve me right (I have vague
recollection of trouble setting the order in which the copy tasks run: i.e.
wanting the hbase-default.xml copied after the docbkx src were copied to target
but before the transform run so maybe my recollection is rather of a desire
than an actual implementation).
