Summary: Document JDK versions supported by each release missing
in new documentation

HBASE-11102 introduced JDK versions for each release. HBASE-11533 added the
AsciiDoctor POC documentation but this removed the matrix like table for JDK
versions. HBASE-12858 removed the old documentation so there is no reference to
the JDK versions by HBase version.
The trimmed down version of the JDK version table is here:
http://hbase.apache.org/book.html#basic.prerequisites
It looks like the table needs to be updated at
src/main/asciidoc/_chapters/configuration.adoc around line 100. The old table
was at src/main/docbkx/configuration.xml around line 150.
