Status: Patch Available (was: Open)
Incorporates both addendum's to HBASE-5162 found in trunk, HBASE-12838,
HBASE-12839, and HBASE-12840. New end to end test TestClientPushback passes
locally 10 of 10 times. Setting patch available but Jenkins will fail to apply
it for the precommit build.
