v6 fixes test failures and long line (in non-generated code).
One thing to note, each HFileBlock will now consume an extra 8 bytes on the
heap, for a timestamp that it does not need (HFileContext is used for readers,
writers, and block).
Not a problem, I think, but something to be aware of.
