I ported the patch to 0.98 and used it in our own cluster.
The behavior is strange. I turned on stripe compaction for some table and then
throughput tuner always decided that there are too many store files for some
stores, but I already set blockingStorefilesCount to 100 for striped tables.
I need to dig into it so the new patch will be delayed. Thanks~
