A KV w/ minimum is 'wrong', yeah.
A corrupt hfile is going to happen. We should deal with it. A few basic checks
on values read in before we go to allocate memory, etc., throwing exception if
obviously bad would be the way to go.
Would be good to avoid one bad file bringing down the whole cluster so should
throw a particular exception, CorruptionException, then high up in the store it
should loudly close the file when it gets one of these.
Something like that?
