[~stack] [~enis], need some suggstion. We have some stuff around zk state (like
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.zookeeper.ZKTableStateClientSideReader) and all of them
are Private audience.
I'm going to remove these things altogether. Does it sound good for 1.x branch?
