This issue is similar to HBASE-13085 fixed in REST gateway recently. This
change factors in the usage of remote user. Besides this, I also added the
following changes.
* Adding response headers to strictly adhere to RFC specifcations.
* Made changes to demo client to get rid of hard codings.
