* Added a sub-section in "important configurations" called "other
configurations" and added an entry for the balancer. This comes up from time
to time on the dist-list
* Reformatted the architecture section, removed the top-level "daemons" section
since it really wasn't doing anything - now Master and RegionServer are on the
same level as Client.
* Changed Master and RegionServer process-list from itemized list to
sub-sections - it reads better.
* Added a link from the LoadBalancer process to the newly created
balancer-entry in the config section.
