Good point. Perhaps the current moreResults flag could be modified to be
relevant to the region. My concern would be that the flag has already been
established as relevant to the scan as a whole rather than per region, so we
would have to be sure that any changes to the way that the flag is set is
understood globally and not misunderstood to mean that the whole scan should
stop. Also, if it does become about the region rather than the scan as a whole,
would there still be a mechanism for the server to indicate to the client that
the whole scan is done (would it still be result == null)?
