@stack I just thought adding missing fns for vint/vlong would be good idea and
will make Bytes more complete library (realized while fixing HBASE-6919). Now
that you have given me context, i guess this change won't be very useful.
Although I already have the patch ready, I'll leave the call to continue/abort
to you (attaching patch for your reference).
