Really sorry for such a late reply. At the time i started writing this CP,
Phoenix was not there. IMO, Phoenix is already providing this feature now and
Phoenix has richer toolset to do stuff like this.
However, if commiters think this would be a valuable feature in HBase. I will
be happy to resume work on this patch.
