Looking at our [build
history|https://builds.apache.org/job/HBase-1.1/buildTimeTrend], it seems this
test is flakey. testParallelWithRetriesHbck fails on 431, 432, 433;
testSplitDaughtersNotInMeta on 429, 436, 439.
