Agreed this one's important. Thought I was seeing the tests failing yesterday,
even with addendum applied. Been trying to stabilize test runs on jenkins, but
not much luck. I kicked this out because it hasn't been released anywhere.
The patch itself doesn't look too bad. If you guys are confident in it, bring
it back in; I still need to update CHANGES and the like for these stragglers.
