I think you're correct. I've selectively pulled in the site config and doc
changes into pom.xml, and did a blanket copy of src/main from master. This
appears to build everything correctly on branch-1 and branch-1.1. Changes from
{{34e538c7}} on branch-1.0 (reflow skin and velocity) are available on branch-1
and branch-1.1 after this patch.
I think buildbot chokes on applying the patch because of the binary images.
