Renamed BytebloomFilter to BloomFilterChunk so that we no longer have a type of
BloomFilter called ByteBloomFilter. Also it makes sense because now the
BloomFilterChunk is the building block for CompoundBloomFilter.
Move the createBloomKeyValue() to the local area ie. StoreFile.java.
Rest of the patch is similar to what was done previously.
