the findbugs warnings are from HADOOP-12030. The findbugs version difference is
just that the Hadoop patch tester is better at determining which version of
findbugs found the problems (ref HADOOP-11884).
the failed test passes locally.
presuming previous +1s stand unless someone lets me know otherwise. I'll file a
follow-on for whatever long term fix comes out of HDFS-8135
