I've made a new jenkins build that does the ITs on both java 7 and java 8 for
the 1.2 line. Once we get the details hammered out I'll make similar builds for
other branches.

Right now notifications are off because IntegrationTestIngest and
IntegrationTestBulkLoad are red. Any feedback on needing these to be passing
before notifications start vs disabling and filing follow-ons to fix them.
Anyone have time to take a look now and see if it's something simple?
