I applied the patch HBASE-11819v5-0.98 (1).patch dated 20/May/15 to 0.98 and
it passed 20 out of 20 times. I'm going to commit it.
We are now missing this test on branch-1.0, where it was earlier reverted. The
HBASE-11819v5-0.98 (1).patch applies but fails immediately. The patch
HBASE-11819v5-v1.0.patch dated 23/Jan/15 applies but also fails on the first
run.
