closing as won't fix.
Our current state of test-patch has no means to handle multiple JVM versions by
branch, which means we'd have to run a jenkins matrix build that does the
entire pre-comit patch testing process under java 7 and java 8 for all patches.
Since our test-patch output doesn't indicate what the java version is during
jira commenting, it'd be confusing seeing duplicate messages.
Just wait for a release from the patch tester project that supports multiple
jvm verisons.
