It looks nice. Should there be a flag to enable the writes? Maybe not if you
update the doc on Canary to explain this new write dimension. Add a config for
how many regions per regionserver? Default 1 instead of 3? Some folks might
get freaked if they started seeing a table named 'canary' with three empty
regions per server show up on their cluster. Nice one.
