Thanks for mentioning HBASE-11276 Dima, actually I'm just planning to write a
standalone ChaosMonkey runner since ITBLL cannot cover system testing for tools
like Bulkload (i.e. testing bulkload during region move/split/flush or
rs/master crash). Now I could upload a patch there instead of creating a new
jira when I got the work done :-)
