[~larsgeorge] noticed that our MVCC class has Consistency as the first 'C' when
it should be 'Concurrency'. The issue that named this class, HBASE-4544 talks
about 'Concurrency' but then it went in as Consistency (Why has no one noticed
this before now? Thanks [~larsgeorge])
