The command {{mvn install -DskipTests -Papache-release -Prelease
-Dmaven.javadoc.skip}} does not modify
hbase-server/target/hbase-server-1.1.2-tests.jar either. Even monitoring the
file with iosnoop reveals no changes. Is {{deploy}} doing something nasty?
