Added a revised patch.

Refactored; Extracted the logic around handling weak references to a new class 
{{WeakObjectPool}}.

The similar class {{IdLock}} can be rewritten with {{WeakObjectPool}}, and its 
variant class using {{ReadWriteLock}} instead of {{Lock}} can be easily created 
if needed, I guess :-)
