[~apurtell] Attached is the addedum patch which addresses three things: 1.
Forward port some changes from 0.98 feature branch, 2. Address CP backward
compatibility support, 3. Address removal of GroupAdmin and GroupAdminClient
and moving the apis to Admin. Let me know if you'd like me to break these up
into separate patches. Didn't do that as I thought it'd be more complicated.
