For RpcClientImpl, threads to put to PoolMap differ from threads to remove from
it, and using ThreadLocal PoolMap always makes RpcClientImpl unstoppable, as
far as I know. It is a complete bug to enable to use ThreadLocal PoolMap for
RpcClientImpl.
