Hiroshi Ikeda commented on HBASE-14279:
---------------------------------------
Exclusive access is required to lock the same object with threads, and you
cannot prevent from adding/removing a element to/from the concurrent
collections with locking an object which may be already replaced after you get
it.
Sorry I have no time just now, and details later.

> {{ConcurrentIndex.put}} and {{remove}} are in race condition. It is possible
> to remove a non-empty set, and to add a value to a removed set. Also
> {{ConcurrentIndex.values}} is vague in sense that the returned set sometimes
> trace the current state and sometimes doesn't.
