[~mbertozzi] and [~enis], this patch adds a shell command to abort a procedure.
Thanks, [~elserj] for helping debug a stupid bug of mine and pointed out {{if
may_interrupt_if_running.nil?}} is preferable than {{if
may_interrupt_if_running == nil}}
