Fix Version/s: 2.0.0
Done. Was part of the patch that went for "HBASE-14495
TestHRegion#testFlushCacheWhileScanning goes zombie". Rather than pull the fix
out of there, I just left it. Here is the change that disabled the unit test
for TDLS:
