Should we go to jetty 9 [~gliptak] ? IIRC, the package names are all different
from our current jetty ... so should be no possibility of our clashing with
hadoop? I came across this blog a while ago and it seemed to be good on how to
do upgrade:

Might be too much work and the move to jetty7 might be enough.
