I notice that when this QA running, there is other QA running simultaneously
on same machine H0.
And the two QA all show up that TestHFileOutputFormat was hanging.
I doubt If there are some common resources the two QA conflicts when running
TestHFileOutputFormat simultaneously. I will dig it tomorrow.
