Here's what I'll commit.
+ Some items are subitems; e.g. dead servers is subitem of servers and 'current
tasks' is subitem of the tasks section. Tables has catalog and user table
sections. Make subsections a little more obvious
+ Float the logo on RHS rather than squashed into LHS.
+ Fix the mess that had startcode showing servername and startcode; collapsed
host and startcode into one column servername
+ Make the task monitor sit in its own part of the page; move the task monitor
links into middle of page and don't have them squash up against the table
underneath.
