[~chenheng] I have not done the work to see what diffs are between 2.5.1 and
2.7.1. We cannot go to 2.7.1 on branch-1 (maybe to 2.6.2.... would have to
raise it on dev list)... and would probably be 1.3 only.
That is odd that there are so many failures in branch-1... so many hangs given
how it seems to work on master. Thanks for looking...
