I think the messages we were seeing with 2.19 in place were new variants on
HBASE-14589. Checkout too that I can run individual tests. Matteo was saying it
fails for him. It is known that you can't run tests using dot separating
packages.. you are supposed to pass path-to-test instead.... lets see if that
is the issue.
