One doubt - in case of DBEs the cell that we may get during compaction will be 
the DBE cell right?  In which only the value part and tag part will be offheap 
and all others are onheap? Just got this doubt suddenly?  In that case 
supporting Prefix Tree should be relatively simple. Thoughts? [~anoopsamjohn]
