Okay.
bq. In case of a whole cluster crash, it is supposed to be restored first.
It will be delicate. Most of the info in the backup system table is probably
not relevant anymore on a new instance. For example, all the kept filename,
timestamps, etc. If the backup sessions are still wanted, the other info
probably should be cleaned.
The info on filename and timestamps are instance dependent and time sensitive
(follow a time series).
