These we have mentioned in the design doc, do you want me to copy paste the
same in release notes ? We are also planning to update the replication section
in HBase book and note down all these there too.
bq. And recommendations like the rpc timeout values need to be increased.
These we are planning to make it adaptive for replication. I have raised
HBASE-14937 for the same and plan to implement.
