I think what described and proposed here is definitely good thing to do, though
I'm not sure it's the best idea to create it as a new, more sophisticated
normalizer (since apparently, most if not all people would choose to use more
sophisticated normalizer, hence all the efforts, bug fixings and optimizations
would go there, so what's the purpose to keep SRN around then :)) maybe we
should modify SRN as discussed here, and perhaps rename it to Standard* or
something?
