We have a zombie detector which is run at the end of the build to look for
errant processes that may have been started by us.
There is another type of test that doesn't complete in time for surefire and it
will report test as timed out but with no detail.
Currently we find these by running the findHangingTests.py script. It just
looks for test start that has no matching done. We need to run this at end of
script against console output and include its findings in the final log
(somehow); its a pain having to do this outside of the test run. This will turn
up the hangers.
