update patch for branch-1. I notice some large tests failed due to output dir
conflicts, for example,
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.mapreduce.TestMultiTableInputFormat.xxx
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.mapreduce.TestMultiTableSnapshotInputFormat.xx
I fix them.
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.mapred.TestTableSnapshotInputFormat.xxx failed due to
snapshot dir is under root dir after we use local filesystem, so l will leave
them use MR cluster.
Let me try patch_v2
