What [~ikeda] says... if really copied, thats a problem (CHM is not like the
other Doug Lea stuff which is in public domain). There are a bunch of write ups
on this hash in particular. Just do a murmur hash on it? Or copy the wikipedia
page (though seems like there have been improvements done in CHM).
