Looks like HBASE-14712 only caught some of the issues, but not all of them. One
of our continuous integration clusters had the masters stop coming back up. The
kernel would go OOM.
We had 200k MasterWALProc's. So starting the master created TONS of tcp
connections ( why is it creating so many that it OOM's the entire kernel ? )
